Frequently asked questions
Who prepares the contract template?
You or your lawyer supplies and approves the content. AdSys only builds the auto-fill workflow and does not provide legal advice or draft contract terms.
Can it e-sign right inside the workflow?
It connects if you already use an e-signature provider with an open API; feasibility and any cost are confirmed during discovery, since not every provider supports this.
Could quote/contract numbers collide?
No — the workflow numbers them automatically using the rule you choose (by date, by customer, by year), avoiding duplicates even when several people create documents.
Where are the files stored?
In Google Drive (or an equivalent) under your own account, not on AdSys systems after handover.
