A payOS webhook arrives → match the order reference and amount, prevent duplicates → files and instructions open in the customer portal once they are ready (until then, customers track preparation status there). Amount mismatches pause for human review.

Workflow template: receive a request, score budget, urgency and business size, then send qualified leads to the team. This website now offers direct Zalo consultation.
14-day email nurture sequence
Leads not ready to buy receive 7 spaced emails: case studies, pricing breakdowns, and practical tips. The sequence stops as soon as they book a call.
Monday morning report
At 7 AM Monday: automatically compile weekly page views, orders, leads, and revenue and send them to Zalo.
Error monitoring
If a workflow fails → immediately alert Zalo with the failing node name, so errors do not go unnoticed for days.
