Installation prerequisites
- Self-hosted or cloud n8n
- A form source, such as a website or Google Form
- Email sending account: Gmail, Resend, or SES
- Personal Zalo account (to create a free Zalo Bot for alerts)

n8n 2.x (n8n Cloud or self-hosted, updated since December 2025), tested October 2026. A sample lead-qualification system to deploy on your own forms.
If n8n or a platform API change breaks the workflow, existing buyers receive an update free by email.

Can I change the scoring?
Yes. Scores are defined in one Code node with comments on each line. Simply change the numbers.
