Who writes the reminder content?

AdSys drafts templates for each milestone; you review and approve them before use. Changes to tone or details are made on request.

Will customers be bothered by repeated reminders?

No. Each customer receives only the agreed number of messages at each milestone (before due, on due date, overdue), never repeated multiple times in one day.

What if a customer pays but still gets a reminder?

The system stops reminding once it receives a matching payment via the bank webhook (SePay/Casso); if the bank reports late, you can manually turn off reminders for that balance.
