Automated e-invoicing
Automated e-invoicing is an n8n workflow that connects completed order data to the e-invoice software you already use (if that provider has an API), so the system issues the invoice or creates a draft for the accountant to approve, then sends the customer a PDF file.
A good fit for
- Businesses issuing e-invoices every day for many orders, currently entering them by hand into invoicing software
- Already using e-invoicing software with an API (MISA meInvoice, Viettel SInvoice, VNPT Invoice, and similar)
- Want fewer errors from copying order data into invoices by hand
- Accountants who want to review invoices before they are issued, not have them issued automatically
Not a good fit for
- Your e-invoicing software has no API and the provider does not support opening one
- Invoice volume is still low (a few dozen a month) — issuing them by hand may be faster than building a workflow
Need several workflows at once? See the full n8n service — see here.
What this package includes
- Review the e-invoicing software you already use and confirm whether it can connect via API
- Once an order is complete, the workflow calls the API of your e-invoicing provider (for example MISA meInvoice, Viettel SInvoice, VNPT Invoice) if that provider has an API — confirmed specifically during discovery
- Choose direct issuance or a draft mode that waits for the accountant's approval, based on your needs
- Automatically emails or sends the customer a PDF invoice via Zalo right after issuance
- Invoice issuance fees are billed separately under your e-invoicing provider's plan, paid directly to that provider
- A log of issued invoices, with alerts if the workflow fails
- Operating documentation and training for your accountant

Frequently asked questions
Does this work with the e-invoicing software I already use?
It connects if your provider has an open API — MISA meInvoice, Viettel SInvoice, VNPT Invoice, and several others usually do. The exact feasibility is confirmed once we review your account during discovery.
How is the invoice issuance fee charged?
The service fee only covers building the workflow. The fee for issuing each invoice, under your e-invoicing provider's plan, is billed separately and paid directly to that provider.
Who is responsible for tax and filing?
The workflow only issues invoices with the correct order data. Tax obligations, filing, and the correct tax rate remain the responsibility of your accountant or business.
Can invoices be reviewed before they are issued?
Yes — choose draft mode, where the invoice waits for your accountant to review and approve before it is issued, instead of being issued directly.
