Frequently asked questions
Does AI decide who gets rejected?
No. AI only suggests a score and summary against the job criteria; the hiring manager always reviews and decides who to interview or reject.
Do the scoring criteria discriminate?
No criteria such as age, gender, hometown, or religion are used for scoring; criteria are based only on job requirements — experience and skills — that you provide.
Where is candidate CV data stored, and for how long?
On your own infrastructure (Google Sheets/Drive or an equivalent system), with a deletion period agreed during discovery — nothing stays on AdSys systems after handover.
Can it auto-send rejection emails to candidates who don't qualify?
It can be added if you want, using wording you approve; by default the workflow only summarizes and ranks candidates, and responding to them is the hiring manager's decision.
Is there a separate AI fee?
Yes. AI API fees for scoring and summarizing CVs are billed separately based on actual usage, not included in the service fee.
