What we collect

Email and phone numbers when you buy, request a consultation, or submit a contact form — only the fields you enter, with no hidden collection. Page traffic is measured in aggregate (pages viewed and referral sources) to improve our content.

Traffic measurement (Google Analytics)

This website uses Google Analytics 4 to count page views, traffic sources and a few actions such as clicking links or submitting forms — it records that a form was sent, never what you typed. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser; according to Google, GA4 does not log IP addresses. We have turned off the options to share this data with Google for other purposes and do not use it for advertising. To opt out, block cookies in your browser or install Google's Analytics opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

How we use it

To deliver products, provide technical support, send updates for products you bought, and send email sequences you subscribed to. Every email has an unsubscribe button at the bottom that stops delivery immediately.

What we do not do

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for advertising. Customer project data stays on customer infrastructure; we return access and retain no copies after handover.

AI video editing

When you use AI video editing, your uploaded footage is processed on AdSys servers. To edit it, the audio is sent to ElevenLabs (speech transcription; Groq as a fallback if ElevenLabs fails) and the transcript, your editing instructions, revision requests and a few still frames are sent to Anthropic Claude (the automatic AI editor: choosing parts, music, B-roll and understanding change requests); when Claude cannot handle a job, AdSys staff process it with Claude or it is sent to Google Gemini (automatic editing) — their servers are abroad, and we use paid API tiers that do not train models on your data. Pexels only receives English search keywords for B-roll, never personal data.

Faces and voices may be sensitive personal data under Vietnam's 2025 Personal Data Protection Law — AdSys processes them only after you tick the consent box when uploading, only to edit that video, and deletes all files after 7 days (original uploads right after normalisation).

Learning from a reference video (creating a template from it): the reference video's frames, measurements and speech are sent to Anthropic Claude (or Google Gemini when Claude cannot handle it) only to extract its editing-style settings; AdSys keeps only those settings (type, colour, pacing, description) and deletes the reference file right after the analysis. The reference video's images and sound are never used in your videos.

AdSys SEO

AdSys SEO scans the public pages of the website you register and reads that website's Google Search Console data — either through the service email you add to Search Console yourself (Restricted permission) or through the Google account you connect (read-only Search Console access). When you link a Google Maps profile (Google Business Profile), AdSys reads the profile's performance data, profile details and reviews; AdSys only posts a reply to a review when you click "Post reply". Google access tokens are encrypted on AdSys servers and never shown again. You can disconnect at any time in Website settings (AdSys revokes the access at Google immediately), or remove it yourself at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Data received from Google APIs is used only to show reports, alerts and suggestions to you inside AdSys SEO — it is not sold, not shared with third parties, not used for advertising and not used to train AI models. AdSys's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

AdSys SEO's AI features (fix suggestions, article drafting, review reply drafts, AI search) send the content to be processed to Google Gemini through Google Cloud Vertex AI — the paid service, where Google does not use the data to train models. For AI search, the question you type is sent to Gemini with Google Search; the answer is shown only to you and is not stored — AdSys keeps only the question and when it was asked, for 90 days. WordPress application passwords (if you connect one) are encrypted. When you delete a website, or your plan has been expired for more than 30 days, that website's scan data and statistics are deleted from AdSys; Google access is deleted when you disconnect it or when your plan has been expired for more than 30 days.

AdSys assistant (AI chatbot)

Questions you type into the AdSys assistant are sent to Anthropic (Claude — servers outside Vietnam, paid API; Anthropic does not use API data to train its models) to write the answer. AdSys does not store the conversation — we only count the number of questions and the cost. Your phone number or email is stored only when you give it yourself to be contacted, together with a summary of your needs and the questions you asked in that chat. Please do not send passwords, card numbers or other sensitive information through the chatbot.

Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time using the email on our Contact page. Requests are handled within 7 days.
