What do I need to start running ads on ChatGPT?
A legal entity or registered business in Vietnam (OpenAI verifies through Persona), an international payment card in that same business's name, a public website that doesn't block bots, and a business line not on OpenAI's restricted list.
Who gets paid, and does AdSys hold the money?
You pay OpenAI directly on your own business's card. AdSys never holds the ad budget — it only charges its own service fee separately.
Can AdSys increase my ad spend on its own?
Only within the daily cap you set, by at most 20% at a time. AdSys never goes above the cap, and you have "Stop AdSys" and "Pause all ads" buttons in the customer area.
What's the minimum budget?
OpenAI requires at least 19,000 VND/day for a VND account — the lowest minimum worldwide. AdSys recommends from 2,000,000 VND/month so there's enough data to optimize.
Which industries won't AdSys run ChatGPT ads for?
OpenAI restricts outside the US: finance (loans, insurance, investing, crypto), health/beauty/supplements, legal services, specific real-estate and job listings, plus industries banned everywhere (gambling, adult content, weapons...).
Do you guarantee results (CTR, orders)?
No. The channel is still beta and Vietnam has no official performance data yet — AdSys never promises a CTR, CPC, or order count in advance.
